Who We Are
Berry Law Group is a Phoenix trial and litigation law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services at a reasonable cost to our clients. Christopher Berry is an experienced litigation attorney from a large law firm background who has practiced in Arizona and Texas for over thirty years. With exceptionally qualified associate lawyers, he and the Berry Law Group handle a wide range of commercial lawsuits and disputes, as well as municipal and injury defense matters.
What We Do
Berry Law Group has three main practice areas. We represent government entities, agencies, and officials in municipal liability cases related to law enforcement, detention, and emergency services. We represent businesses, principals, and investors in commercial litigation and disputes in a wide variety of business, real estate, and investment lawsuits and disputes. We represent licensed professionals in professional ethics matters such as State Bar and Medical Board complaints and in malpractice liability lawsuits. Chris Berry also serves as a private settlement mediator and an expert consultant and witness in legal malpractice matters.
Our Approach
We manage each matter based on realistic budgets and objective cost benefit assessments for the strategies we pursue. We approach each case as though it will be resolved by a judge or jury rather than by compromise. We give jurors the credit they deserve for being intelligent and thoughtful, and for wanting to reach a fair result. We recognize that today’s jurors have been socialized in an age of electronic media and information, so we utilize the latest technology to create effective and persuasive electronic trial presentations.
